Charter SciOly Claims 26th Consecutive Title

CSW Science Olympiad had a dominant showing at last Saturday’s statewide tournament, claiming its 26th consecutive title with the lowest score in five years.

Competing in 24 events across a wide variety of disciplines, the A team earned 11 first place and 17 podium finishes along with multiple B team medals. Charter more than doubled its gold medals from last year, continuing one of the longest active extracurricular winning streaks in Delaware scholastic or athletic history.

With its 26th consecutive victory, CSW SciOly has earned the right to compete in the national tournament at the University of Southern California on May 22nd and 23rd. The team looks forward to representing Charter by placing competitively on the national stage.

Parties interested in sponsoring the team may contact the school for more information about supporting their travel and competition expenses.
